Dear Citizens of the Comanche Nation
I have been authorized by the Comanche Business Committee to send you the lastest version of the new proposed Constitution for your review and to provide any final comments you may want to submit. As you are aware, the CNCR Project began over three years ago to gain input from the Numunuu on establishing a new system of government,
I need to hear from you in writing be November 30th (end of 45 day comment period) of this year to have your comments considered should you want to make recommendations on this document.
If you like what you read., I would like for you to send me the Endorsement Letter which is at the end of this newspaper. You can easily cut it from the newspaper, sign it and return it to me at the address on the Endorsement Letter. Your expression of support will encourage other Numunu to take a sincere interest in this major Project.
I will be working on an "Implementation Plan" and operational budget for our new proposed Constitution in coordination with the CBC. Further, I will be submitting Monthly Reports to the CBC to keep you posted and they will be on our website for you to read at www.cncrp.com.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the COmmissioners, CBC and each of you that have taken the time to attend meetings and provide your comments. Your sincere dedication will benefit the Comanche Nation forever and encourage the establishment of a government that will be more accountable to all the Numunuu regardless of where they live.
The future of our Nation is in the hands of you, your family and all of our relations!
