Mission Statement
The CNCR Commission was formed to evaluate the Nation's current Constitution and draft a new proposed Constitution that will be placed before the Nation members for vote at a future date.
Further, the mission of the CNCR Project Commission is to provide leadership in developing a public hearing process so that all Nation members will have the opportunity to contribute to the content of the proposed Constitution.
VISION STATEMENT Recognizing the necessity for the Nation's governance to reach and benefit all Nation members, the vision of the Commission is that the Nation's members will be informed about the value of the CNCR Project and the role of each member in developing a constitution that is responsive, effective and beneficial in meeting their needs.
In achieving this vision, the Comission will provide leadership through
the spirit of open communication with Nation Members and
the spirit of cooperation among Commission members, the Comanche Business Committee and Nation members.
Guided by the principles of
Respect of the views, opinions and criticism of Nation members on tribal governance,
Openess and
Accountability and use of best business practices in Commission operation and management.

A service attitude that is responsive to the Comanche Business Committee and the member of the Nation and
prompt, timely and orderly conduct of Commission meetings and public hearings.
